All shipments are delivered by Australia Post within 3-5 business days.
Shipping fees: $14.95 flat rate VIC, NSW, ACT FREE for orders over $350
WA, TAS, SA $14.95 under 15kg, over 15kg Shipping calculated by weight.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Timeframe: within 14 days of delivery.
Condition of the item: The product being returned is expected to be in its original condition, unused and packaging intact.
Return at buyer's cost unless advised otherwise.
Refund: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund process. The refund amount typically includes the purchase price of the item but may exclude any shipping charges.
